While that is true I wanted to donate whatever I have. I thought if any IV core team member has delta frequent flyer account, I can transfer my miles to his account. Is that a possibility? If so, Do we have any core team member who has delta frequent flyer account? If we pool all the miles we have then IV core team can use these miles to travel.

Maybe my monitor is set a bit dark since I have yet to see my version as being too bright. Do pictures in my gallery seem to bright as well? If so I may have to do some adjustments.

Thanks guys for all your replies & suggestions. Just to let you know, that I am paying for my whole GC process and I have been with this company since last 3 years. I have already completed one 2 year contract term with them and still they are asking me to sign new contract. To me, this is total blackmailing.

What all documents are needed in this case to port the I-140 provided the job description stays the same and in the same category code.
We all know that no employer shares the approved I-140 copy as that is the company's property and my understanding is that a copy of approved I-140 is required in order to port the priority date??

You are right. We need to get this to everyone who is waiting for GC.
But Instead of focussing on getting this to everyone, can you focus on getting just two people to participate in this event?
Even if only a few of us do this, this will spread like wildfire by itself. We can make this event a grand success and get what we want.

You can do the following to get your case to be picked up-
1. Open an service request that your case is beyond normal processing times. However it is very likely that since the visa numbers are over for 2010 you might get a response that no visa numbers available and you will have to wait 30 days before you can open SR again.
2. Contact local congressman
3. Send email to SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov giving your case details.
Mention in all steps above that there is no update to your case even when 2006 cases are getting approved.
Hope that helps. Do what you can to ensure that your file is picked up.

True Receipt Date (what service centers make reference to) perhaps is the date when they enter data in the system. In normal circumstances it should be same or close to RD printed on receipts. However, in July/Aug '07 filings several cases (including mine) were shuffled around for months, before they were entered in the system. I am a July2 filer, but my online status says "...case was received on Oct 11, 2007...". My ND is a few days later. Most likley, dates you see in your online status is what they refer to as Receive Date when publishing processing dates.

Any one successful in last 2 weeks in scheduling a Visa appointment in Hyderababad consulate? For last 2 weeks I have been trying to schedule an appointment and it displays message "try after some time" on the vfs-co.in site.

The date will move to sept 2002 since this is my PD and then it will stuck for another 5 years.
lol, but you have got to specify the exact date and time of your PD coz' the pace it moves at, ever second matters.
They did mention in one of the other threads that it will touch 2003 for ROW so I do not see any light at the end of the tunnel for EB3 I folks.

Once you are on F-1 (in the rare case), then you'll file your tax returns as Non-resident Alien and this will mean abandonment of 485.

I am a July 2nd filer, sent my app to NSC and got transferred to TSC , received the receipts on Sept 6th and the notice date is Sept 4th.
I was on phone with NSC customer support and was asking about AP status and the rep was saying that they are currently processing June 17th 07 AP documents and they process by the date the app's get entered into their system.
Rep asked me to wait for 90 days from the notice date for AP status.
I am not sure if this is correct and wanted to see if any one is in the same situation.

Now that dates for EB2 have moved to Jan 2000 PD, it might be interesting to see if we have folks in here with EB2 PD in or before Jan 2000.
